Bimbee Kids online customer service hours are between 9am and 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday. We can be contacted by telephone on 02 4861 4477.

Ordering and Delivery
Bimbee Kids uses Australia Post to deliver orders. Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of the date the order is processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. Bimbee Kids online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Bimbee Kids always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

Delivery Terms
Bimbee Kids is not responsible for the item delivery. Bimbee Kids uses reputable contract couriers and Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Bimbee Kids.

Online Payment Methods
Bimbee Kids accepts payment via the major credit cards VISA and MASTERCARDas well as, money orders, cheques or direct deposits.

Refunds and Returns
Bimbee Kids does not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises, however, if an item arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Bimbee Kids will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.
